Design, Organise and Support

The World on the Street event needs help and ideas from people interested in performing, interacting and playing games. If you'd like to get involved, we'd really appreciate your support to make the event a success. Help design and run a game, volunteer on the day, or just spread the word to family and friends, both online and your local area.

We need volunteers and participants to be part of this exciting new project to bring young people together for two days of games, theatricals and creative learning, while raising awareness of global issues.

Working with DT3, we'd especially like to encourage young people who want to help organise part of the event. This could be with music, street theatre, games, role play or something completely different, it's up to you!

If you are aged between 11 and 25, the project can count towards an accredited Arts Award.

Whatever your age, if you would like to get involved, either to play a role/game or just to help out on the day, please get in touch or come along to our workshops every Tuesday in September at DT3 (The Dukes Theatre, Lancaster) at 7.30pm to get involved or to find out more.
